In the Fall of 2015, Cyrus participated in Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses 13th cohort, for which this growth plan was created. Through education, training and experience he has become a talented and successful architect; his business has done very well. When compared to most architecture firms of a similar size, we complete more projects, with fewer people, and are more profitable. However, he never had a formal education in business development. Through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, Cyrus has gained invaluable information that will help him manage and grow the business in a meaningful way. The focus of the class was to develop strategies to grow a business through a growth opportunity.
The growth opportunity combines the information learned from Cyrus’ three different, but related businesses. The opportunity is to partner with municipalities (the City of Chicago), private institutions (banks and insurance companies), and building owners to use local talent to rehabilitate distressed properties, which will help stabilize families and neighborhoods while generating tax revenue and profits. All it takes is one building to improve a street corner, or the middle of a block. Imagine how different of a walk to school, work, or even to get a cup of coffee feels when the buildings you are walking along that were once distressed are brought back to life.Contact Me

AmLED Technologies is focused on developing environmentally sensitive and ‘Smart’ LED fixtures for commercial and industrial use. In a market which is flooded with cheaper alternatives from overseas, AmLED proudly designs, develops and assembles its products in Itasca, IL.
Harsh is an entrepreneur and management professional. He owns a business strategy consulting firm, Biz Mantra Inc. out of Chicago, ILLINOIS. His firm focusses on consulting and advisory in Business Strategy, Revenue Growth, Financial Turnarounds, M&A and Executive Coaching. Biz Mantra also assists technology entrepreneurs in incubating and bringing to market new products. Prior to starting his consulting firm in 2012, Harsh was Telecom Industry Leader for North America at IBM.
Harsh has over 30 years of national and international experience in general management and sales in Information Technology and Technology driven industries. During this time, he has worked for global corporations like UniLever, Motorola and IBM.
Harsh co- founded and managed Meadowood Global Services a consulting firm in mid-nineties and took it to a successful acquisition. As CEO of Meadowood he consulted with Motorola, AT&T, GE Medical, MetLife and Reliance Industries.
Harsh currently is a member of the Board of Directors at, Monjin Corp, Amled Technologies Inc, Hedgeness LLC and the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers his time as a SCORE certified mentor for mentoring budding entrepreneurs and leaders of small and medium scale industries.Contact Me
With over 30 years of international executive experience including Business Turnaround expertise, new market penetration, market positioning, regulatory compliance, establishment of commercial organizations, solution Selling, customer engagement, project/program management with IT Consulting, and supply chain management in multiple industry verticals both in public and private sector. Before joining with Mercury he served in Levergent Technologies Inc., as Chief Financial Officer, Amtec Precision Products, Inc., Vice President – operations and Company Affairs, Mascon Global Information S. de R.L. de C.V., México as Country Manager , Mascon Global (India / US) as Principal . He is a member of IMA ( Institute of Management Accountants).
