The United States Minority Contractors Association (USMCA) is a non-profit professional trade association of minority owned and operated businesses (MBE/WBE) located throughout the United States across 13+ chapters nationwide.

The association was created 30 plus years ago by Illinois-based entrepreneurs who desired to share their collective expertise, resources and business networks with each other. Since then, the association has grown fourfold. Under the new Executive Board of Directors and President, Larry S. Bullock’s leadership. USMCA seeks to enhance the global position of its members through information technology, accessing capital and marketing each member’s niche expertise.
