History

Since its inception in 1992, the United States Minority Contractors Association (USMCA) has supported and encouraged minority contractors to become successful in various fields. Most recently, under the direction of Pastor Larry S. Bullock and others, USMCA unveiled its newest success by establishing the Entrepreneurship Training Institute (ETI) for existing and start-up businesses through education and training programs; in addition, the expansion of three new USMCA chapters in Glenwood, IL; Champaign, IL; and St. Louis, Missouri. Because of the need to enhance and support minority businesses, USMCA has plans for further expansion throughout the United States within the very near future.
